Particularly preferential prices are given for the sale of many villas together.

More specifically, a discount of 5% is given for the sale of 2-4 villas in Spanochori Village and 10-15% for the villas in Vafkeri Village.

There is a special price of €2.000.000 for the sale of the whole complex in Spanochori Village. In addition, there is a special price of €1.265.000 for the sale of the complex in Vafkeri Village.

All the bureaucratic procedures are undertaken entirely by us, absolutely free of charge.

The whole amounts can also be paid by loans from several Greek banks.

Payment plan

The payment plan is drawn up after an agreement according to the needs and wishes of the customer.

Financial expenses

During the purchase of real estate in Greece the following charges that in total correspond with roughly 6-8% of the value of the real estate, apply:

1. Real Estate Tax
2. Expenses of notary, lawyer, registrar of mortgages
There is no extra tax, like V.A.T.

Rental Agreement

The possibility of renting each villa in the ‘Villas Lefkada’ complex for any desirable period is given. We are collaborating with the leading tourist organizations in the world, which will provide you with excellent tourist services.

The owner will determine the prices of renting the villa. Once an agreement concerning this is reached with the tour operators, the owner will enjoy part of the profits and free maintenance of the real estate during all the period of time that he/she will not be using it.
